Magnetic Polisher MT-100 (GSMT, Poland)

The GSMT MT-100 magnetic polisher is a compact Polish device for precise polishing of jewelry and small metal parts, ideal for jewelers and workshops.

Kit Contents

The kit includes:

• MT-100 polisher

• Polishing bowl

• Bowl lid

• 50 g steel pins 0.5 × 5 mm

• 50 g steel pins 0.2 × 5 mm

• Magnetic separator

• Dolfin Stal fluid

Load Preparation

Add 50 g steel pins, 250 ml water, and 5 ml Dolfin Stal fluid to the bowl, then up to 100 g jewelry. Do not exceed 50 g pins for optimal performance.

Device Operation

1. Add pins and jewelry to the bowl.

2. Pour water-Dolfin Stal solution (200 ml water + 3 ml Dolfin Stal fluid).

3. Close with lid.

4. Connect to power.

5. Turn on main switch first.

6. Set switch to I (right rotation) or II (left), wait for startup.

7. Set timer to 15–30 minutes (standard polishing time).

8. Carefully place bowl on running polisher.

Important Safety Tips

Before changing rotation direction, fully stop the motor and lift the bowl. The motor won't start if the bowl is mounted before powering on – always start drive first, then place bowl. Follow sequence for safe operation.
