The GSMT magnetic separator is a reliable accessory for magnetic polishers, designed for quick and efficient separation of steel pins from polished jewelry or small metal parts.

Application

Used after polishing cycles in devices like MT-100. It attracts steel pins with a strong magnet, allowing easy removal from the load without manual sorting or rinsing.

Usage Instructions

1. After polishing, insert the separator directly into the polishing bowl – pins will stick to the magnet.

2. Remove separator with pins, leaving clean jewelry in the bowl.

3. Rinse jewelry with water; pins can be reused from the separator.
